This Futuruma game is in overall excellent condition and comes from a smoke-free home. Please see the pictures that correspond with the condition notes below. Please let me know if you want any more pictures posted.
1) Box front has light shelf wear but is otherwise in great condition, it's sturdy and does not have any holes or gouges.
2) Box back has more noticeable shelfwear on all sides, close-up pics of most wear are specifically on the top seam. Otherwise sturdy, no holes or gouges.
3) The insert has a small bend in the upper left corner.
4) All denominations of "professorland fun bucks" are included.
5) All 28 deed cards are included.
6) All 16 Good News, Everyone! cards are included.
7) All 16 Attention Puny Humans cards are included.
8) Pair of dice included
9) The bags of houses/hotels have never been opened. The bag of purple People Hives (hotels) has a puncture with the game tokens stuffed inside but all pieces are present.
